I am so excited about getting into making wreaths. There is not limit to the imagination when it comes to wreaths. Here is my first attempt!
I almost ruined my goal on the first day! I put in my menu for today and included saltines. Yikes! Those are most def empty calories that I don’t need to add to my menu. I need to be more careul if I am going to make it through the next 21 days. I am excited that for the first time in years I won’t be adding weight loss to my New Year’s Resolution. By the new year I should be down atleast 5 more pounds. Makes me so happy that I have set goals and have followed through on them.

2. Enhance mood levels and calms “reacting” impulses
3. Strengthen your bones
4. It can be an escape from school, work, etc…
5. Improves posture, makes clothes fit better
6. Decreases appetite for junk food (more self-control)

9. Allows for occasional indulgences

No chocolate
No white bread
No soda
No chips
No fast food
No pastries
No ice cream
No spreads such a nutella & peanut butter
No cake
No candy
I am going to take this 21 day challenge. I know I can do it. I have already lost 50 pounds and I think this will push my body to lose even more. Cross your fingers!
